the sales workshop because selling isn't something I've ever been taught
to do. It's just one of those things you have to pick up when you start
your own business - so it was great to find out how much I'm already
doing that fits with sales training and of course to learn a lot more.
The best thing about the workshop was Stephen's willingness to share what has worked for him and to give examples of different situations where he has turned a conversation round into a potential sale. He gave us simple steps and exercises to apply his approach. I particularly benefited from my pitch being one of the examples we worked on during the exercises and it has already potentially won me some business delivering networking training for an event organiser (all on the same day as the sales training workshop!). Don't hesitate - just attend it!!
