The aim of these forums is to keep you up to date with changes and developments in Employment Law along with bringing you key speakers who can inspire you and your business.

A brief presentation to describe development to-date, including highlights from the evidence base, the emerging themes and priorities, and a focus on developing an agile, productive and capable workforce across the Lancashire area
6. Sally Leech, The Menopause Club and Menopause Club for Business & Emma Swan, Forbes Solicitors
Sally is a qualified Women’s Health Coach, with specialist qualification in menopause transition. A member of the British Menopause Society and a strong background in senior HR roles Sally will be leading this session to discuss; why we need to talk about menopause in the workplace, the education summary – what/when/why, symptoms and treatments plus reasonable adjustments and line managers responsibilities. Emma Swan will then focus on the legal aspects of the Equality Act and the obligations from the employer.
